Consent forms
In order to take part in the EDiTS study, we ask parents to fill out and sign a consent form to confirm that you understand the aims of the study and how you and your child will be involved.
As the infant phase of the study has now closed, we are no longer providing consent forms for this component of the study. If you and your child wish to take part in the upcoming preschool phase, please find our consent form here.
